Face to Face Humanitarian Fundraiser. FACE TO FACE is the humanitarian arm of the Educational and Research Foundation for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS Foundation).We are in the process of working on this event. We are planning to have music and some entertainment to benefit the Face to Face philanthropy organization. All proceeds and donations will go to this foundation’s cause.
