As Patient Care Coordinator, Tasha works side-by-side with Dr. Young and understands his theory on facial beauty. She continues to gain satisfaction in helping individuals build their confidence and feel better both inside and out. Tasha will guide you through the consultation process and be there when you need your questions answered during and after your procedure. She can help answer questions relating to all our services and procedures and provide cost estimates. Tasha also has a certification in Nutritional Counseling and can help you achieve your optimal health goals both before and after your procedure. “It's an honor to work for Dr. Young. Hannah is a Registered Nurse she is also certified in conscious sedation and advanced cardiac life support. Hannah works alongside the team by performing the intravenous sedation during the procedures as well as playing an integral role in the patient’s entire experience including pre and post procedure appointments. She is also helping out with our AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Centers) certification and maintenance process.  Hannah has wanted to be a nurse ever since she can remember, and loves being able to make a difference in people’s lives.  Hannah is very excited and feels blessed to be working side by side with Dr. Young and his team.

Tanya started her career in the medical field working with a diverse range of clients throughout the Western United States. During this time, she realized a patient's skin can be the windows to the first signs of illness or imbalance within the body. Wanting to expand her knowledge, she attended Aesthetic school in Los Angeles in 2004 with a concentration in medical aesthetics. For the past seven years Tanya has focused on achieving the best results for her clients with extensive professional training in different modalities allowing her to always bring a treatment plan as unique as her clients. She enjoys providing in depth information about a client's skin and home care recommendations to help keep it looking its best. She meets with Dr. Young on a regular basis to continually find ways to bring better skin care to their clients. Her and Dr. Young are always available to help you with your questions on skin care. As patient care coordinator, Kerri enjoys working with patients and finds its very rewarding to be a part of their journey. She believes helping others is her calling in life and has a passion for nutrition and wellness. She feels life is too short for negativity and always puts her best foot forward! Kerri has worked in customer service for over 7 years and treats each patient as if they are a guest in her home. She believes that customer service is one of the most important aspects to any practice. "I feel very honored to work with such a wonderful team, in such a great environment! I am here to support our staff and patients from the beginning of their journey to the end!"

Ashley is our medical assistant who attended Pima Medical Institute in 2003. Ashley is also certified by the National Institute of Health as research coordinator.  Ashley is excited to join our team as a surgical technologist and continue her growth in plastic surgery with Team Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Young and Ashley meet on a daily basis to continually improve our delivery of excellent customer care in our office. She is always available to answer questions regarding your procedure and will help you in your post procedure care. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time reading and blogging about neuroscience and neuropsychology, she enjoys being around horses and spending time with her friends. She is a native of Colorado and loves the outdoors!
