Have you been told that you look tired, sad or angry? Botox | Dysport Cosmetic injections can provide a no-downtime lift by targeting the muscles responsible for frown lines and deep wrinkles around the eyes and forehead. To enhance patients’ natural looks, Dr. Young applies the principles of his internationally acclaimed Theory on Facial Beauty, Circles of Prominence. This theory allows him to select the proper muscles to eliminate frown lines and wrinkles while maintaining normal function, so that his Bellevue and Seattle Botox | Dysport patients look rested and refreshed. His knowledge of aesthetics can make the difference between a good result and the best possible Botox | Dysport rejuvenation result.
Results take 2-4 days to start to affect your muscles, with the maximal effect at around 2 weeks. Then the results last three to six months. Some patients on regular maintenance programs are more likely to experience a longer effect. Most of the benefits are targeted to dynamic wrinkles. These are wrinkles that are more pronounced with muscle movement. The wrinkles that are present when you are not moving your facial muscles are called static wrinkles. Botox | Dysport has more of an effect on dynamic wrinkles, in contrast to static wrinkles. When you use Botox | Dysport for a long time, the static wrinkles can improve as well. This occurs because the skin is always under a state of remodeling by your skin cells. With the constant use of Botox | Dysport these static wrinkles begin to improve with this remodeling. Another use of botox is to decrease the size of particular muscles. Many of Dr Young’s patients use Botox in the angle of the jaw to make this area smaller to enhance more of an oval shape to the face instead of the square face as one gets older.
