Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.

Our consultation fee is $95 for a 15 minute virtual consultation, $125 for a 30 minute virtual consultation or $195 for a 30 minute in person consultation. These fees are prepaid at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your procedure. You may also prepay the consultation fee through our Financing and Online Payment page. Consultation fees are assessed annually. If you come in within a year of your last procedure, there will be no fee applied for your consultation for your new procedure.
If you miss your consultation appointment or if we are notified less than 48 hours of a cancellation / rescheduling before your consultation, you will be charged the consultation fee and it will be non-refundable. You will need to pay another consultation fee to reschedule your appointment. The consultation fee can be prepaid through our: AFBPS Financing and Online Payment page or by contacting our office at 425.990.3223. Missed appointment/no-show fees cannot be used for any future appointments.
Procedure quotes are valid for 3 months. To ensure you receive the procedure pricing, your procedure must be scheduled within 3 months and completed within 12 months of receipt of the original quote. Based on years of experience and to ensure an efficient schedule for the health of our office, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of the procedure is required to reserve your procedure date. If you decide to reschedule or cancel your procedure you will be charged this deposit and it will be non-refundable and not applicable for future procedures. To reschedule to a different date you will be required to place another non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of the procedure.
The total cost of your procedure will be collected in full at the time of your Pre-Operative appointment 2 weeks before your procedure date. If you cancel or reschedule your procedure within the 2 week time frame you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your procedure. After your procedure, there are no refunds given. Anesthesia and Facility Fees are based on the amount of time that you are in the procedure room and can vary depending on what happens during your procedure. Only anesthesia fees apply in our office. Other facilities will also charge hourly facility fees. The quotes for anesthesia and or facility fees is an estimate and you will be responsible for any fees that are over the amount estimated based on the amount of time you are in the procedure. We may contact you for additional payment after your procedure once we know what has been charged.
A deposit of $250 / $500 (respectively) will be collected at the time of scheduling a Botox or Filler appointment with Dr. Young. If you decide to reschedule or cancel your procedure you will be charged this deposit and it will be non-refundable and not applicable for future procedures. To reschedule to a different date you will be required to place another non-refundable deposit. For Botox, Dr Young has a 40 unit minimum and a 2 syringe minimum for Fillers.
The remaining cost of your treatment will be collected in full at the time of your appointment. After your treatment appointment, there are no refunds given. Follow-up appointments are complimentary for your procedure(s). Our no show fee for follow-ups is $50. If you miss your follow-up appointment, you will be charged $50 to reschedule which will need to be prepaid through our: Financing and Online Payment page or by contacting our office at 425.990.3223. Missed appointment/no-show fees cannot be used for any future appointments.
