Dr. Philip Young is an award-winning, double board-certified surgeon and published author. He is proud to have an outstanding team with individual expertise. They care to bring you the best experience that a cosmetic center can offer. Each member of the staff has been carefully chosen. Dr. Young personally spends one-on-one time working with his teammates to give their clients “uncompromising customer service.”

On a weekly basis, they hold meetings to discuss new issues, general ways to improve the office environment, customer service, and procedure flow. Dr. Young also has an educational segment in the meetings in which they review and discuss a book on personal improvement that they have chosen. Dr. Young’s philosophy is building teamwork and investing in his staff through self-development and translating it to their patients.

Aesthetic Facial Plastic Surgery is a caring, high-quality plastic surgery center that provides facial reconstructive and plastic surgery services consistent with current professional knowledge, safety, competence, and integrity. The facility operates exclusively for the purpose of providing care to patients who do not require hospitalization and for whom the expected duration of services does not exceed 24 hours following admission.
